Turns out theorangenotebook.com already exists as a site for tips on online casinos. It’s also some English marketing company. So we’ll go with “El Orange Notebook”, which works out because matches my handle. EON for short? EONB?

I want this to be my public notebook to myself and the world at once. Primarily I want to document notes for everything I consume e.g. podcasts, articles, books, etc.

I have notes on these things spread out over many places, and they don’t mean anything to anyone but me. I could spend a year reading 40 hours a week, but I would have no “proof” that I’m an avid reader and educated myself on a variety of topics and reflected and generated ideas from this work. By this medium I hope to start keeping my receipts.

Ultimately this will be an open ended and continually evolving personal project. We’ll see where it takes me
